With your permission, we may also use your personal data for marketing purposes such as email, phone, text message, or post. You may opt out at any time.
7. How long will you keep my personal data?
We retain personal data only as long as necessary. All personal data will be kept for 7 years in line with tax legislation.
8. How and where do you store or transfer my personal data?
We only store or transfer your personal data within the UK, where it is fully protected under GDPR.

We may share data where legally required or with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, delivery partners, marketing services).
Your employer or Delivery Service Partner may require access to payslip/payroll information.
We ensure all third parties handle data safely, securely, and in accordance with GDPR.
10. How can I access my personal data?
You can request details of the personal data we hold about you through a “subject access request.” Requests must be submitted in writing to the contact details in Part 11.
We respond within 2 weeks, and no later than one month. Complex requests may take up to three months.
